A Message From Our Executive Team
There are so many uncertainties of life. As we sojourn through this world. Whether it's at home, at work, play or just driving up and down the highways of life. It is those things that bring about the unrealistic expectations of others. The stressors being unacknowledged causes emotional overload.
Why our Team is needed.
Being able to recognize people who are struggling with mental illness, and diverting them from jails to the proper treatment facility, frees up public resources.

Our School Resource Officers are trained to recognize patterns in our youth as they are displayed through, bullying, cocky attitudes, and displacement of anger, there is no end to the list.
On our jobs, how do we handle disciplinary actions, is there an overload at home? The disparity of mental resources brings about a consistent increase in crime
because the needs are not being met, and this over laps home and jobs, children and parents, every race, age, gender and socio-economic status.
When you hire Proper Development Security & Crisis Team, Inc. you are not just hiring security, but Enforcement Officers who are trained to observe behavioral patterns. Saving time money and lives.
